I really love this hotel. We had a good time with my wife. I love the place. It’s so clean. It’s beautiful. It has a lot of stuff and is extremely big. There’s so much to do inside that. We didn’t even need to move our car because we had everything literally in there

I love the ambience of the hotel and the dining options. Didn’t like how parking as a guest was$35/a day.

Overall, the casino, building and our room We’re not clean. Terrible smell of stale smoke in the hallways. Outdoor pool area was not nice and the staff were ignoring us when we walked in. They were too busy talking to each other. Elevators were so backed up on Sunday, we ended walking down 10 flights of stairs. We then get outside to get our car at the valet and that was a complete mess! Check in valet should be separate from check out. We waited at least 30 minutes for our car. Not a great experience.
