Very Good a lot of walking the ambiance

Very Good While the staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful, there were several times when you had to wait for things that you requested. There were no ash trays in our room and had to wait about 3 hours for them to be brought up to our room. There was an overwhelming amount of guests checking in on Sunday evening and the kiosks didn't seem to be working. We ended up in a line for an hour and a half just to check in. Exceptional Their was no microwave on the floors that you can warm your food The room was clean the bed was comfortable and their was no noises on the floor where I stay the staff was helpful and respectful.
Enjoyed time! If only I would have won! I said in last question. Room comfortable, decorated nicely. Only problem was someone had smoked in the room. Also vanity did not have enough room for toiletries, and was the only one in room!
Very Good I didn’t like that check in for a Sunday was really hard. We checked in at 4 pm our room was ready at 5 pm but we didn’t get the keys till like 45 minutes after because the lines were so long. We had to walk around from 4-5 cause we were waiting for the email that the room was ready. The front desk line was even longer and if you called the hotel they weren’t much help.
Would definitely recommend to others and come to stay here again Everything is way overpriced. Not being able to sit on a balcony from your room was a disappointment. During the 4 day stay, they didn’t come to refresh the towels or make the bed once. A definite decline in hotel service. And internet access is spotty even when you have a network connection.
