Exceptional
Overall great property…building was a bit outdated but staff did their best to keep it fresh and clean. Older games…front desk pushing to up sell was a bit annoying Location was great…many dining options… we really loved Gilchrist diner!
Pleasant the room wasn’t clean nor did we get any service. paying that much a night you should receive a little treatment like your bed made.
overall great experience. would’ve been nice if anyone worked there to help assist with a few issues that arose while ch the complete lack of any staff around to assist with things amazing penthouse with stunning view.
Pleasant barely anything to do inside the hotel but the casino the space
Great. I loved everything about my stay. It was a very special state for me. The staff was helpful and curious. Valet parking was very courteous and helpful and polite.
Very Good They have changed the room that I have reserved online and when I arrived there ,they told me the room is no more available. Local ,the beach and the restaurants
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I disliked that the hotel elevator was label with what floors have what. For example, the six floor was suppose to have the pool. However, we go onto the sixth floor and we couldn’t located the pool. Another, problem I had was I requested and paid to stay in the west tower. Three days before we arrived, we called for an early check in due to my partner and I traveling from another state. We did not get the early check in and we did not get the a room in the west tower. We had an awesome stay. Absolutely nothing was distasteful. Just keep your valet receipt with you if you are parking valet and staying over a couple nights so you not paying multiple times. We loved everything about Atlantic City, New Jersey..... We had a fantastic king suite with an amazing view of the ocean. We had a breezy walk down Boardwalk and got lucky at Tropicana casino.
