Pleasant There were no ice machines you had wait hours for check in and walk a mile for check out. The room was nice and comfy.

Good I booked my Room thru booking.com and the hotel did not reserve my room. They gave it away and charged me $89 for an upgrade to a suite. Should've been a free upgrade The overall experience
