Easy to check in and out. Not easy to find your room Big.it’s very big and difficult to find where you need to go. And long wait for elevator. Big

Wonderful Smoke in the Casino. Everything Clothes food shops were great

Pretty nice; once you're checked in The check-in process was a nightmare. Had to wait in line for literally two hours. The mall area near the hotel had several shops and eateries.

Nice except for the check in! The check in process was horrific. The kiosks were working for some people and not others. We waited approximately 2 1/2 hours on line to Check in. No place for elderly to sit while waiting. Started the trip off with a really bad experience. Only 3 staff members working at check in. Never experienced anything g like it and we travel across the USA and Europe. Just not a good customer experience! Good location. Lots of restaurants onsite!

Okay, but never again! Charged for chairs at the pool??? Beds were comfy
