Pleasant Check in is a mess. Line is so long, no one there to assist and direct you. King size bed was Comfy. Lots of shops

After staying at the Clare Ridge, Hotel I was very disappointed I didn’t like the small tv It was clean

Very Good I had to wait in the line for one hour to check in. The location and the view was perfect.

Pleasant Paid over $800 for 2 nights in an executive room. I've stayed in them before and like windows on two different walls in the room. This room had two sets of windows on the same wall. Not worth the price and not like the picture of room, when I booked it. Clean, quiet room.
