The place is huge. It's the second time we stayed there and had about the same experience as the first. Stay away from the west tower. It has only 2 working elevators!!! We were on the 49th floor and the wait was so long people got on going up just to go down. So at floor 49, the elevator was full. Valet parking is easy, it's a 45 minute wait to get your car to leave!! The beds were ok, just old and going soft. Smoke Free room smelt like smoke The night was fun, but our room smelt very smoky and we had to call room service for our room and our friends room next door
