Small TV in the rooms for a top casino, pillows are ruff and uncomfortable and called for extra towels and they kept transfering me and no one ever picked up was on hold for 25 min and then just gave up. Never got in contact with no one i told the front desk about the issue and no one got back to me.

The Only place that I stay when in Atlantic Coity. The hotel had many new stores and restaurants. The service was great from all stay. The fireworks were awesome. It is a little warm in the hallways waiting for the elevator. The check-in was great paying the extra money for the early check-in. I always come back each time.

I liked that is was a kid friendly place. Plenty of things for kids to do. They had an arcade and even more on the boardwalk. The indoor pool is way too chlorinated, the parrot pool was closed for the entire week. Luckily the beach was right outside the resort. Clean beaches, lifeguard points along the resort frontage. We stayed in Chelsea Tower, all though it was non smoking, the hallways smelled like marijuana everytime we stepped off the elevator.
