Pleasant Charged me an additional 89$ when I got there I was furious I already spend 320 on the room I was not expecting more. I'll never book again through booking.com. the faucet in the bathroom was leaking. The toliet was broken the flush would keep flushing unless you juiggled the handle or something. The elevator was sooooo Loud. ALL NIGHT LONG. None of us slept Worst experience I've ever had The room was clean i guess.
