The entertainment and restaurants are great. The rooms are very basic and could use a facelift. The sheets felt like printer paper, very crispy. But the rooms were clean.

This was our first time staying at Tropicana. We were a little confused finding our room, but apparently it happens to a lot of people. We stayed in the South Chelsea tower, it was a beautiful room and view. The staff was very friendly and the property offered a lot of options. We will definitely return.

The room need to be remodeled the room has humidity and the windows was broken there was a hole in the bathroom visible to the eye.
