After 42 years of marriage and 7 kids this was the first trip alone in 35 years none quiet and clean

Good I did not like that the room smelled like cigerettes despite it being smoke free. I also feel like it is a huge safety concern that when we went to leave we couldnt get on an elevator because it was so packed and we trued taking the stairs from the 40th floor which stopped at the 30th floor. There were no steps to continue down the west tower and there was a door leading to a garage but it did not state which garage. had a good time despite that our room was outdated and dirty looking had yo make the best of it but for the price I pai the second west tower room we got was terrible the carpet was dirty and one of the draws was broken. we called for clean towels and didn’t get it till the next day total about 3 calls to get towels. the first room given to us originally the wood floor was sticky room had no dresser and room looked dirty and dingy. I heard from a worker that best rooms are the Havana and south side which are newly renovated.... read more

Exceptional The room was not very clean. The bed sheet has a coffee stain and the refrigerator was dirty.
