Stay was ok I did like being in the north tower I didn’t like the room view and the kids over my head running around at 4:00 in the morning,the bathroom door needs to be a little less revealing you can see thru it

Good I stayed in the Chelsea tower the first night. The room was not what I anticipated. The bathroom was missing the toilet tissue fixture, the drapes were dingy and off track, and the heater was EXTREMELY loud. It needed to be serviced desperately. I called to the front desk and was accommodated with another room. I usually can sleep through anything, but the amount of noise the heater produced interfered with my sleep,.
