It was a return to AC where we spent our honeymoon 56 years ago (pre casinos). We enjoy being there. No one serviced the room, i.e. made-up the bed, emptied the trash cans, gave clean towels, etc. The worker next door was great. She provided towels or whatever was needed from her cart. She also said. Short on staff in general and that workers are assigned specific rooms. Security people could be very helpful, but there was the occasional "didn't want to be bothered" type. Good The room wasn't clean, not enough blankets, towels, no toilet paper or tissues provided until requested. The location is great and lots of good restaurants available.

Very Good Rooms are outdated and there were many bleach/detergent stains on the moquette in both room and hallway, looks dirty even though you can tell everything gets cleaned all the time just because it looks old Beds were really comfortable, hotel is right on the boardwalk, rooms get cleaned daily, express check out

Chelsea area was quiet and house keeping staff was very polite. Roof top beach was beautiful Waiting on car pick up during stay. Long wait line for check in. No place to sit for handicap people. Valet Bob provided excellent customer service skills.
