Good I’m not sure what was going on with the checking in process on the day of my arrival because no one on staff made us aware of the issue. My check in took 2 1/2 hours. I understand the staff did as best as they could to try to speed up the process but it would’ve been appreciated is they alerted us to what the issue was.

Pleasant We had a 3 hour wait to check in due to a technical systems issue. Staff and guests were both clearly frustrated. Due to a flight cancellation we missed our first night, and evidently, our second night was voided because they supposedly didn't receive my email...to the address provided by Booking.com. Will be seeking a refund as I had to pay for the second night twice! Very disappointing. The rooms are quite nice, as is the facility as a whole. Great shopping, restaurants and casino.

very pleasant and looking forward to coming again the walk to the Chelsea tower is extremely far from the front desk and the casino, other than that , all is fantastic Very clean and pleasant atmosphere, great staff, good selection of restaurants , parking prices were very reasonable

All in all it was very nice. Hotel is very big and rooms are far away. The price mid week could have been lower. Also the $ 30 charge for early check in is nuts. No excuse for that. When I check in early it gives me more time to spend money in your hotel so you should be thrilled. If my room is ready why would you care if I'm early Everything. It's an amazing venue
