It seem like there was a lack of maintenance and overall cleanliness. The parking garage needs a scrubbing at the least. The elevators look like they’ve never been swept or clean let alone wiped down overall in journal. It just needs a deep cleaning and a restaurant like the tables were chipped and scraped, and, it’s like no one really cares.
