it is a great place they switched our room from king to two queens and even though I wasn’t happy about it my husband wanted me to leave it I was extremely disappointed it has everything in the hotel you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to

Fine hotel would book there again and refer others The upgrade was nice but it was a smoking room. The odor of smoke was very pungent. I wish this was disclosed we might have requested a non smoking room. I believe the Tropicana upgraded our room to a suite.

Pros and Cons Finding the lobby is MISERABLE -- The entrance is on the back of the hotel, smashed in the middle of valet parking so you are pretty much forced to use that. The kiosk system for check-in is a joke--every person that used it, then had to stand in a ridiculous long line because the kiosk wouldn't complete the check in. My least favorite thing is the resort fee---WHY is there a resort fee?? What does that cover?? Parking is an extra fee....valet is an extra fee...to use the only outdoor pool still open is an extr... read more
