Decent stay at Tropicana Atlantic City. The property is large with good dining options. My room in the Havana Tower was clean and comfortable. However, the staff was occasionally unhelpful and lacked attentiveness.

I found it extremely strange that I didn't have a thermostat in my room. So I couldn't control the temperature. Every time I called the front desk, no one ever picked up. So I had to endure the long check-in line to let them know. I also had to endure the heat that first night. The second night it cooled down but night got
