WE STILL HAD A GREAT STAY Well! The inperson check-in process was OVERWHELMING. I believe the check-in kiosk is a step in the right direction however many of us had questions, requests and concerns that did not make the kiosk doable. With a hotel the size of the Trop, it will be great to have check-in and out stations in each tower. This should cut down the long wait and the consumer can begin their adventures at the Trop. It was good No ice bucket in my room. Good thing I was only there for the night. Room had no dresser/drawers.

Pleasant To get to our room, we had to carry our luggage, across from the lobby check in ( crazy from 2-4 pm ) through the casino ( with no luggage cart ) to the elevators to our room. Should be another way, out of the other tower, directly to the beach ( unless we were unaware ) Large room, spacious Bath
