Ask for non-smoking room is non smoking The room was outdated and smelled of stale cigarettes smoking. Air conditioners fan was not working well in circulation of air. Was middle of night before room cooled down. Ther.ostat was set 65 room was 72.

Convenient. The bathroom shower had hair in it, the a/c would not run auto setting (we had to keep getting to turn it back on), we could not enjoy the ocean view because the windows were extremely cloudy and dirty. We also found roach on our work station desk. I liked the location and the walk-through shopping and eating district. The dual tv setup was amazing. The valet service was easy during departure, but someone needs to direct traffic upon arrival.

I HAD A AMAZING TIME! I didn’t like how the heat wasn’t working , but other than that the room was pretty cool It was clean & accessible to the boardwalk & lots of fun stuff to do at the hotel

Pleasant The elevator situation was terrible waiting in 10 to 15 minute lines to get up to the room and not able to get down during checkout taking over an hour because the elevators were full and only two were working would never stay there again after that The room was clean the hotel had lots of amenities
