Pleasant We needed someone to come fix our toilet that was not working and no one ever came. My husband had to fix it himself. lots of choices for food

It was fun weather was beautiful Too difficult to get places....too many different elevators for different things Everything was clean. Walls are very thin. You can hear the people next door.

Other than above issue, stay was good! Parking is confusing and also check in/out is not customer friendly, booked ocean view but was given standard room and hotel kiosks doesn’t provide the info to let customer know their reserved room can’t be check in at the kiosks. And when customer use the kiosks, they pretty much lost the original reservation with the ‘ocean view’ booking. Parking is also not easy. Easy access to beach, casino and shopping areas

Not bad We stayed at Chelsea tower which is decent for price and stayed there a few times, but the bathroom definitely needs an up grade! Mirror needs a lot more lighting, shower and sink needs new handles etc… Face lift. Overall not bad. Convenient to pool beach restaurants

Enjoyed our stay, going back Pillows were very small, hallway in the Chelsea’s tower needs updating. Bed was comfortable,AC worked great, bathroom was big, the mall area was beautiful, plenty of shops and restaurants,gelato shop was great and also the coffee shop. Chickie & Pete’s and Broadway Burger bar were delicious. So was Hash House a Go Go for breakfast. Gilchrist restaurant was also great for breakfast !
