Wonderful I didn’t like that the maid never came to clean our room I liked that everything was in one place

I will still consider them again, but only if the deals are better than all the other Casino/Hotels There was not enough sound proofing, our room was right off the elevators and thats all we heard all night long. The elevator running up and down at all hours of the day. The elevator doors opening/closing every time it stooped on our floor. This was definitely not the quality we expect from Tropicana. It was a good stay overall. The shower didn't have a complete glass. It had an opening where water comes out in the Chelsea Tower room.

It was okay, it was good for sleep and fun to walk around but I wish the technology was up to date with current times It was confusing to navigate around and the room was slightly disappointing. The AC and TV are both outdated, no streaming services. I liked that it was along the boardwalk and offered a lot of food options.
