Absolutely no one in the hotel or casino staff stood out as wanting to be exemplary or wanting to make us feel welcome, they all were disinterested and just slogged through their jobs. The waitress Jade at Cuba Libre was a shining example of how to treat customers right, she was kind, courteous, efficient, prompt, and just downright pleasant, but she was the oasis in the desert of mediocrity

Casino was fine but room they gave us at the west tower was in need of major updating..laminate old floor , small tv with no signal, wallpaper loose on walls just really in need of a whole new look..the whole tower.

The room was clean & the staff was great. Shout out to Gary for an easy check in. Definitely will be back soon !
