I like that it was quiet for the most part while I was in my room. However, the room was not thoroughly cleaned a used bar of soap was left in the shower and there was trash in the bins too. Additionally, it’s been month since an elevator in the west tower has been out of service so it takes long to get an elevator to your floor.

Overall good Everything was great the food places lots to choose from The bell hop and maintenance was so friendly I felt safe with all the security as I was there for a cheer competition The room well it was nice but on a smoke free floor we still smelled the smoke and the room was a little dusty

It was a great stay! The only issue we had were the elevators. Only 3 were working and would take a while to get to upper floors. Besides that everything was great. Definitely coming back ❤️
