There was no fitted sheet on bed so sheet kept coming off and had to lay on mattress topper. There was ants on desk. The lady that helps you at check in kiosk was very short and rude with to us. Also, even with the maps randomly placed through out it is still very confusing to find anything. And I know it wasn’t just us everywhere we walked in the resort people were lost. I wouldn’t try hotel again. Also, I got king size suite but our bed was definitely a queen.
