The property overall was beautiful, lots of shopping and restaurant options, very kid friendly with arcade on site. Many other options of entertainment: Dance clubs, escape room, etc. The rooms very clean and spacious. The only downside was We didn’t have hot water for 24 hrs (the entire hotel) and then once we had hot water we did have adequate heat. The elevator was very slow to arrival. Other than that one hiccup, overall great experience.
