Exceptional I liked everything The hotel is very beautiful and big and has basically a mall in the hotel for shopping and bars... The whole hotel is wonderful !! I wish I could live there

Credit card only for deposit. I didn’t like that they charge 100$ deposit from your credit card and it’s not optional. I asked for only cash for the deposit they have refused me and I decided to pay for my room by cash and deposit for credit card. They actually charged me 6$ dollars more because I paid my room by cash. Check-out is at 11:00… I asked them kindly if i could be checkout at 12:00 clock, they have refused and they said they charge for extra time checkout. I like my room view and everything is clean.

Estancia buena No hicieron limpieza del cuarto, no sé por políticas del covid o falta del personal. Solo había 3 toallas de 4 personas, llamamos para pedir más suplementos y nunca los llevaron a la habitación. almohadas algo incómodas. El hotel está súper bien. Muy lindo. La zona del hotel está súper bien, lástima que nos tocó lluvias.

Super En realidad todo estuvo fantastico lo que si recomendaria es que cambien las alfombras de los pasillos de las habitaciones ,pintura y cariño en algunas areas generales como la fachada del hotel aunque creo q poco a poco atlantic city volvera a recuperarse luego de la pandemia. La ubicación. . El hotel en general me gusto mucho.. estuve solo dos dias y no tuve chance de disfrutarlo totalmente. Sin duda volvere.. personal amable..
