Besides the issues at check in the stay was good. Check In was between 4-10pm. I made note may be late. You guys didnt say anything. We got to check in around 10:30 due to traffic in Philly. I prepaid the room with you guys yet they didnt have our room. They gave away my room & blamed it on me using your third party app. They didnt offer or give me anything for the error.
