Wonderful Booking.com put my last name in backwards so I could not self check-in or check-out. The Tropicana is massive, with multiple towers, so I did a lot of walking to get to the main desk to check-in and check-out. As for the facilities, the suite was amazing, corner view of AC, however the water pressure was terrible. Taking a shower was actually kind of frustrating with how little water was coming out. We got upgraded to a suite for free because they didn't have any rooms available at the level we initially purchased.... read more

Absolutely loved it Hard to find your way around. Not enough directional signs some places. Property is so big with so much to do and see. Room was big and very clean. Beds were SO comfy.
