Overall the stay was great, however one of the room was ridiculously hot. It too an entire day for a maintenance guy to fix it. Service was great but a quicker response would’ve made the stay amazing.

Stayed @ Havana one these best tower @ Trop. 1 bedroom king suite was clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms, 2 refrigerators but no microwave!!, couldn't heat up my leftovers from Carmine's. Wifi worked well, my only issue with the room was the heat did not work in the bedroom but it did work in the other room so we just turned it up to 90 until the entire place was cozy then left it on 80 for the duration of our stay
