Celebrating our 41st Anniversary I have never checked in a Kios, it gave us the wrong room.once we went in our room, we noticed the refrigerator wasn't working, and then the air conditioner wasn't working properly either, but I felt obligated to tip each person that was sent to rectify all the things that wasn't working properly in the the room, it put a damper on our stay, considering it's was our 41st Anniversary. great weather, great beach, great location - a good time. 1)housekeeping did not come in to replace/refresh at all. We needed new towels 2) there were no additional blankets and it was cold in the room 3) we had kids and so we had sand. because the shower head was not removeable/sprayer it was impossible to get the sand out of the back of the shower 4) the phone did not work. got a dial tone but it did not connect to housekeeping etc. 5) movie selection for family/kids was underwhelming room was much nicer than the last time... read more
