Exceptional The new about the rooms is very nice very new only problem is only two elevators was working that wasn’t good Beautiful, very clean, respectful and this is where we always stay

Good The room was a bit subpar. AC was not consistent and the toilet lingered after flushing. The location and staff was great.

Wonderful Only complaint is one, customer service rep being rude while I was clearly drunk and upset about poor treatment to help me receive a new room key. He tells me “can you please stop disturbing the other guests before I have to remove you” there were only 3 other people down there it was 2 in the morning that was uncalled for. The real and only reason for 1% dissatisfaction was the elevators were not working and we were on the 41st floor. Great property solana tower is wonderful.
