I really enjoyed everything the hote was nice We wasn’t told to reserve the outdoor adult pool i was a little disappointed about that Everyone was nice hotel was beautiful and clean staff was very helpful and good food inside the hotel as well

It was s great experience. Ice Machines were broken. Only 2 elevators were operating . Accessibility to Boardwalk

Magnífico No teníamos muchas toallas Orden una cama extra y no llegó Llame a reception pero no me contestaron y llame a servicio al cliente de mi celular y de igual manera no llego Todas la instalciones accesibles todas la tiendas y restaurantes los cuartos no estaban tan limpios pero si estaban cómodos y amplios.

Very nice, convenient location There was no microwave in our room. I assume there aren't any in any rooms. The parking garage elevators were super congested with a long wait. We decided to take the stairs into the hotel instead of waiting. The stairwells there and the ones going from the garage to the street were disgustingly dirty, reeked of urine, and had human feces at the bottom of the next to last set of steps going down. Disappointing visit but hopefully the Tropicana will once again return to its luxurious days. This should never have happened. Its apparent the room was not properly cleaned or inspected. I've been staying at Tropicana for years. I must say since Cesar's took over the Tropicana has not been the same. It use to be a fun place to visit with gambling and other activities.
