Okay. I requested a microwave when I made the reservation. I contacted them when I got there but got no response.

Wonderful! Wished we had a microwave. The only issue was the carpet in the hallway of the tower on the 19th floor. There was a pungent, damp, awful smell that housekeeping could not get rid of. The carpet needs to ripped up and replaced. I absolutely loved the room. We stayed in the Chelsea Tower The view of the ocean was unbelievable.
