Exceptional Everything expect for the racism We faced at the hooters inside of the hotel. I had a great 40th day! I will be returning again, I won't be spending money at hooters again. It was great the Hotel staff was amazing. The rooms were very clean they really went over and beyond.

One night stay at the Tropicana casino on our car trip from Boston to Floridaa There was a lot of walking from the garage to ("in-person") check-in, then to the room. The online check out.

Staff switching us to a new room changed our experience from bad to pleasant. The West room I booked via Booking.com was antiquated with no heat. We reported the problem to the front desk and staff moved us to a another room in the North Tower. The room had been remodeled and had working heat. The room was so different from the room in the West Tower, we felt like we were in a different hotel. The dining and entertainment options on the property.
