This was my first trip to atlantic city and after bouncing between different hotels/resorts i chose tropicana. Originally i had reserved a room in the west tower but after watching reviews i was iffy. So i asked the girl in check in if i could upgrade. Originally was gonna put me in a jr suite but there ended up nor being one avaliable. And for some reason a regular room in havana tower was more expensive. After her talking to her superviser i got the upgrade to havana tower at a cheaper rate. The two cons i had was the hall... read more

Room can be way better and more cleaner Had to upgrade to a better room because I had my kids first room was so nasty and the bathroom was even worst After upgrading the next door guest was so racially they keep calling security on us for no reason at all It was so embarrassing and spoil our whole trip.. sorry but I wouldn’t go back!!! Also we had until 11am to check out and at 10 am cleaners just coming into our room unknowingly very disappointed
