Good Check IN at kiosk was waste, even with info and ID provided, still had to go to a real person. Self parked at Havana Garage, long walk from there to Casino floor, then up escalator and more long walk to elevator to Chelsea Tower. No microwave. Shower water too hot, cannot get to comfortable setting, but better than cold shower. Deal was $ 75 for the night, with taxes and RIDICULOUS resort fee, went up to $ 117 :( Booked same day, was given nice high floor ( 19th ), with pleasant view day and night. Otherwuse it was okay I COME OFTEN to the Tropicana and we love it because everything is in one location. However, I also noticed that there were homeless men in the casino areas, which made my sister very uncomfortable; we were THERE CELEBRATING her birthday. I also noticed two homeless men SLEEPING BY the shops DURING CHECK out. Room and bathroom was spacious
