Wonderful I was a little disappointed that Tangos was closed, but my experience at your property is always great

Stay was enjoyable; your parking garage policy left a bad taste I was appalled that as a guest at your hotel I had to pay for parking in the Tropicana parking garage. I have stayed at casinos all over the United States and I have NEVER had to pay for parking. Although it wasn't a lot of money; based on principal, I will probably stay somewhere else on my next trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Food at restaurants was good, Dealers were polite and pleasant.

Good The self parking lot so far from the hotel check-in lobby and no signage to direct you to lobby. It was a guessing game to try to find lobby All the shopping, restaurants and internment in the same location

Pleasant Checked in to a non-smoking room and the entire room (and hallway) smelled of smoke. Was offered to have room service "deodorize" the room and hallway. I had to ask to have a room change, when that should have been offered. The bathroom was bright, modern, and clean. The room was very spacious.

Exceptional I love everything about my trip the different restaurants and the pool was great and the stores,and the view was great,clean room and the Cascio was very good

Pretty good The hotel moved us from where we were supposed to be booked at the last second. Also the TV in the room was horrible. The room was a nice size. The bathroom facilities were very nice.
