very enjoyable. check in lines long. escalator in havanna area not working several times. need a new buffet. need a new souvenir shop with atlantic city items at reasonable prices. need tram cars on broadway run more frequently. there are plenty of restaurants and food courts in casino. the room was ready when we checked in which was a couple hours before 4:00 p.m. love the market place so many food options.

The room was very comfortable. staff being lazy and disrespectful. Example: we asked him for a ironing board, because there wasn’t one in the room. he said “he don’t speak no English.” casino and restaurants, and beautiful location.

Erg druk en massaal, wel mooi aan het strand. wachtrij incheckbalie We kregen eerst een kamer naast de lift, enorme herrie. slapen was niet mogelijk. De volgende dag upgrade voor een betere kamer 35 dollar per dag meer betaald. Toen konden we wel goed slapen. casino

Glad we could get away next time will stay at main hotel or somewhere else Tropicana Chelsea Hotel is soo far away from everything and it's such a long walk. our AC WAS BROKEN and our room was soo hot! Smelled like pot on our entire floor. No ice machine so again had to walk. outdoor pool was closed on a Thursday, would not recommend staying throughout week.
