Even though the room was OK, I wish I didn’t select smoke room I hated the smell that was my fault. Also they should have a dustpan and a broom in each room for guess like myself who like to sweep up after themselves. Also, they need to leave more garbage bags in the rooms and leave more towels and wash clothes for guest. And plastic in each ice bucket. The noise level was a bit much with our next door guess. Also maybe try to update the television in the west tower. Just saying.

My family and I often stay at the Tropicana. We love it because it is family friendly and has lots to do within and around it. We stayed in the North tower. The room was fairly clean. The carpets could be cleaner as well as the upholstered chair. The outlets are not conveniently placed and we had some issues with our phone. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to all requests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

I stayed in the “Chelsea Tower” rooms. It wasn’t dirty by any means, but it felt OLD. Outdated. Old carpet, old furniture, small tv, tiny window. I’d be interested to see what the more expensive rooms look like. You get what you pay for.

The restaurants were probably the better part of my experience. Staff was terribly limited, no where to be found. Some attractions were closed until Thursday. IMAX theatre wasnt open. Room service was not running for my entire stay. TV in room was raggedy, crooked and the on-demand didnt work, half the buttons on remote didnt work.
