I didn't like that we didn't have room service and handicap assessable, no tea anywhere in the building and room was to cold

Needs an overhaul

It's never easy reading how we did not live up to expectations. But we appreciate the time you've taken to let us know. We take it all in and discuss what we can do to satisfy all who come to stay with us.
I enjoy the restaurants and the shopping. However, if you’re on the north-south wing, it’s quite a distance from the check-in desk. On the other hand, if you’re a gambler, those are the wings to choose. I personally prefer the food shopping and dancing in the other wing.

Hotel was ok. The staff were very rude in general. Specially the by people from the lobby and the hostess from the Cuban restaurant
