The property was very nice, clean and well maintained. Our room in the Havana tower was beautiful. The only bad thing was the check-in. Even with the machine kiosk it took me over an hour to check in and get the room keys. Crazy. The check out was good.

The checkin was a nightmare! the elevators were always broken or at least one down so movement was a beast around. Check in and check out

Stayed at the West Tower, sharing a couple of pros/cons- overall our stay @ the West Tower was okay! Pros of The West Tower West Tower was close to the self-parking garage. If you booked at the West Tower & self-parking, my suggestion is head over to garage, as long as you are comfortable using kiosks to self check-in/out since it is right where the garage is located.
