Check-in was a nightmare. We tried to use the booths near our parking area but they weren’t working. There were poor directions as to how to get to the lobby. When we finally got there, it was understaffed. It took us over 30 minutes to check in. The fine print in our reservation did mention a $150 deposit upon check-in which I hadn’t seen and was surprised by. There is also a charge if you arrive early and want to check in before 3. The place was clean. The staff are very welcoming. The hotel looks beautiful inside. The decoración is very unique. Pool were clean. 2 Family pool and 1 Adults only pool. Everything was fine , however it was a long walk to the Pier. I’m satisfied
