I didn't like some of the amenities were not available there was ice only available on two floors in the Chelsea building and I spoke with someone and told them that i had medicine that needed to ne kept on ice pool and hot tub were unavailable.

The casino it self was great. Now the room was very out dated for the price we paid. We didnt have enough towels the bed sheets were ripped and stained. The tv was small, bathroom very outdated also.

Executive King room was spacious and clean. Our one major complaint as Platinum card holders was that the shuttle was not available. This caused a huge set back for our dinner reservations that we made at Harrahs. After travelling for 5 hours, stuck in traffic, we had to push back our reservations from 6 to 7pm. Pasillos sucios La pasamos muy bueno, solo criticar los pasillos del piso donde estábamos estaban súper sucios parecía que no le pasaban la aspiradora hace mucho tiempo , pero dentro de los cuartos limpios .

Dated but fun hotel complex Trip with daughter to relax before starting a holiday. Hotel on the boardwalk so accessible to the beach. Checkin took ages as not enough staff. Room dated and you can hear people talking and children running around in other rooms so we were disturbed. The casino and food and drink outlets were great. We did not need housekeeping as we kept room tidy but could access coffee refills. We paid room deposit which has not beer returned yet.
