My stay was comfortable and affordable. The wall sconce in the room was defective. Not a burned out bulb, but a genuine electrical defect. I think the switch was damaged. Room 3230. I liked the check in kiosk and virtual concierge. The room was clean. Water pressure was great!

Bueno Yo pondría como punto negativo la distribución del espacio. Por ejemplo, las pixias están muy separadas unas de otras hay que caminar mucho para ir de una a otra. Hay que cruzar por lo el Casino. Y si tú tienes niños, no lo veo bien tener que estar pasando por el Casino donde ahí gente fumando y jugando. Otro punto negativo es el parqueo que tienes que pagar cada vez que sales del parqueo, así que como vacaciones familiares con niños pequeños no lo recomendaría mucho. Fun getaway, relaxing, & delicious food! Especially Casa! There was nothing to complain about, we honestly did not want to leave when it came time to. I just wanted tea in our room, but the room we got only gets coffee. Which is fine because I’ll just bring some tea packets from home next time. Not a big issue at all. I loved the tropical theme. The location of the hotel. There was nothing to complain about. It was a great time me and my fiancé really enjoyed ourselves.
