Elevators not working at the Solano tower. Waited an hour to get down to the lobby. Had to go up first and then down.. Not good.

I experienced a seamless check-in and check-out while staying at the Tropicana in Atlantic City. The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. My only dislike was the 30 minute delay getting to my room from 10:40pm - 11:15pm. The elevators in the Solana Tower were not working on one side. There was a line going all the way back to the Starbucks Cafe on the main walkway. If I ever book a room at the Tropicana again, I would like to reserve the room in another tower.

Absolutely beautiful room and hotel - everything was walking distance and the ocean view was amazing
