Everything was pleasure and to top it off the Mexican restaurant located at the bottom Of the Tropicana was the best!!!

Staff was excellent 👌 Every employee we had contact with was friendly and helpful. The place is huge. We had to ask for directions many times. Our room was nice. It was older, but clean and fresh sheets and towels. We got lucky with Ocean front room. Fireworks right outside our windows. Nice bonus. The Casino floors were clean, well kept. It was lively and good vibe atmosphere. The pool area was beautiful. Clean, nice chairs & umbrellas. It was a spontaneous overnight trip for us, we had a great time.

The hotel was clean and most employees were very nice. But they don't clean the room or give you toilet paper or towels. I called down the second day to ask them for towels and to clean the room and they just brough 2 towels. When I complained at the desk. they said we don't clean the room until you check out. The valet was rude and where ever they kept the car, it had white streaks of something dripped on it that wouldn't come out at the car wash, I'll need to go scrub it off by hand, I would stay again but I'll take a che... read more
