The only thing is they don’t answer front desk phones next door didn’t let me sleep they was very loud everything els was good. But when it came to my sleep I couldn’t sleep. Plus front desk never answered my call or housekeeping I need it clean towels called was on hold for ever. Never got an answer.

Great Hotel I liked that all of the restaurants and shops were right inside the hotel.

I stayed in Chelsea towers and the room was dated. Old carpet and not fresh and clean smelling. Sub par cleanliness and not worth the costs. The walk to the parking garage is also extremely far from the tower. Escalators were brine and wait for elevators was extreme due to overcrowding and the need to wait for next one.
