nice relaxing stay at the trop stayed in the havana tower for a weekend . very easy check in process using the self kiosk even at 6pm on a friday . room was clean and walk in shower was a nice surprise . overall good stay , we will be back

Check in should a little faster there is no need for a long conversation plus with all the commotion it was a little hard to listen to the clerk , our stay was good but what I don't understand is the why the pool closes so early for what reason its still summer

Overall safe was nice. Wall in between rooms are thin, also our pillows had a smoke smell in a non smoking room
