It was a great pleasant stay, however the first night I got there was nightmare to check in it was overbooked and I got a room that was for smoking not non smoking which was horrible and I couldn't change because they told me they were booked. My second night in a new I checked out to check back in and it was perfect.

The location is a positive and negative. You’re close to stuff but not in a great location. The check in process was horrible 75 minutes stood in line. They give you no map or direction to anything on the property and it is huge!

The only issue with the hotel is that check-in is at 4pm and the pool close at 5 and the other 6. You don’t get a chance to use the amenity in a timely manner. We come down to Atlantic City for the room, restaurants and the pool, it’s very disappointing that they close so early.

Been to the Tropicana numerous times but first time staying over. The room its self was nice and clean and updated. Nice views of the beach. Some of the hallways and elevators had garbage tossed on the floor in many places. The worst was we could not get a good sleep since some of the rooms had parties and music playing super loudly the entire night. So we were disappointed, thankfully it was a one night stay over.

We liked lots of dinning and entertainment options. But there was no pool in our “tower”. Plus, it was windy and ALL pools were closed. Hotel still charged “resort” fee although we couldn’t use any facilities.

Had to move to another room because room was 75 degrees, air conditioning wasn’t working!
