great check out and parking lot is a process we have to fall in line to the elevator just to go to the parking lot that part was disorganized everyyhing is inside the hotel

Excellent one night getaway. Wish we could've stayed longer! I didn't know we had to schedule pool time now. :( We were unable to swim. Tons of breakfast options to choose from

I was satisfied but the rooms need updates the room on the west tower are not updated the walls were dirty and the paint is coming off . The bathroom was dated. The headboard the paint is coming off The restaurants and the casino and stores

Thanksgiving getaway The parking garage (only one available Havana tower,we were told) was quite a walk. Also we’re not aware ahead of time lobby was closed. So mobility is a must for staying in the Chelsea hotel ! Chelsea hotel was pretty quiet

Wonderful Everything was conveniently close by Restaurants, Stores. The Room we had was very clean and comfortable! Staff was really kind.
Good There were other guests were screaming profanities at 2am with no security to curb their noise, Beds where very comfi, hotel common areas were nicely decorated.
