The room had a broken sounding air conditioner. The power outlets also did not work. The elevators only worked properly half the time.

didnt like staying in Chelsea Towers. We are older senior citizens. husband is 87 and I am 80. much too far to walk every day. you should accomidate older people more. Also, no chambermaid after the first day. not good. also, how could you charge $10.oo for a person at the pool. thats not right. we pay resort fees after all. otherwise, everything else was ok. really good restaurants and food. oh, carpet was stained and dirty looking in Chelsea. not nice. thats about it,

We enjoyed our time at Tropicana. The housekeeping is great, we needed extra pillows n towels and they were delivered in 30 minutes. The Wild Honey Smokehouse and Tavern was decent in taste and price, but our server was not good at all. Took our order and didn't see her again, had to ask other people to help us and bring us the check. Also, we went to the Zeytinia fine food marketplace on the first floor by the fountain and the cashier guy wouldn't accept our $10 dollar bill only cause a tiny piece of the dollar in the corne... read more

We Love the TROPICANA We had an excellent time at the Tropicana. Everything was great with the exception of quickly getting an elevator during the checkout time.
