Unable to find assistance to the correct elevators to our room signage was minimal and front desk was closed. When asking workers for help was ignored or given shrug shoulders and an i don’t know answer. Parking was atrocious.

The property was clean but dated. We had broken furniture in our room and peeling paint in our bathroom. The staff is clearly doing the best they can with what they have but updates are needed. The staff themselves were all AMAZING! From front desk, to parking staff, maintenance, restaurant and shop staff, no one was rude. Most went above and well beyond. We will definitely stay again.

Property is nice for a boys trip but not for a family trip. Hotel claims to be family friendly but parking garage is so far away from the actual room and the hotel is too big for a young family to enjoy going to the beach or the boardwalk due to the time it takes getting there. There are no bell hop carts available for personal use unless you pay the valet extra. Bringing a lot of things to the beach really sucked. Casino is nice though

Awesome It was awesome my room was great The needs some update or TLC My Ac went out but it got fix it It was nice and comfortable can't complain beside the AC It's a beautiful place to stay or pass time
